I needed to sell my apartment because I needed a bigger place. I contacted Sukhi after doing due diligence and pleased with the work that Sukhi and Raji did to sell the apartment.

Sukhi gave me a honest assessment of the value of the apartment and helped me price it competitively in the marketplace. He also gave me pointers to decorate the apartment to maximize its appeal to potential buyers.

Sukhi, Raji and the rest of their team advertised the apartment in as many websites as possible. Thus my listing got more views than I was expecting. They do have a good handle of how to advertise listings on the internet the right way.

Raji coordinated the showings and gave me feedback from the people who viewed the apartment whenever possible. This helped me to know how the apartment was being perceived by potential buyers.

Sukhi did a good job negotiating when an offer was made and I am happy with the amount the apartment sold for.
